The commercial street

Another busy neighborhood city that revolves around the 1920s Russell Market is Shivaji nagar,Bangalore. It was named after the 17th century Maratha king Shivaji, since he spent his childhood days there.Shivaji nagar is located in the central Bangalore between MG Road area and the Cantonment. It is a famous commercial Street which has more than 500 shops. Here all products meant for sale are at the most cheapest rates. This place is famous for muslim peoples. People who come for tourism to Bangalore move through these street. These people visit and explore all these shops and these street contains lots of choices in clothes, marriage attires, accessories, foods, furnitures, and mostly no people move with empty hands. When people pass through this street they get a festive vibe crossing through various shops. This area is lot always filled or crowded that it is difficult to cross this street even by walk. Childrens should be carefully taken care while passing through this way as it is difficult to find them when they get lost. The way towards all the shops and the turnings are similar. The way to this street is a kind of puzzle that it is difficult to find the solution but its interesting. And there are also many others shops here. Likewise there is a delicious street food shop where all the non vegetarian foods are mind blowing, that the picture of the chicken biryani still remains that taste. There are still more fascinating wedding attires which is very attractive and cheap. Clothing or purchasing things in these areas saves our time as there is a satisfying and nice collections and saves money as it is cheap and the quality is worth. Kids move their path towards toy shops and teen agers go in search of food shops and old agers go to clothing shops. Once when we visit this street it’s difficult to pass through from this street. Even a full day shopping will not complete our shopping here. That it takes around a week to have a complete glance in every shops in this street. Here social distancing and mask has no value and no one will follow all those rules. Here there is a shop in the corner of the street which has the best earnings and monthly earnings satisfies the whole bangalore for a day. It is much famous and a wealthier shop in that street. We can conclude this street as the no 1 busiest street and all time shops filled area in Bangalore.

Dei sai

It happened at the time of lockdown, one random . During lockdown everyday we used to play cricket in our streets. Cricket was the only thing that made us think that ‘ we want more corona positive cases’ during lockdown. My mother was more conscious about the Corona safety measures and protocols. She won’t allow us inside the bedroom without having a bath after playing. Everytime in lockdown I used to carry speaker for listening songs when bathing. While bathing my brother called me said ‘ seekram vada na kulikanum’. Then I said ‘ok’ to him. Then again he called and said the same thing. There is no gap between both calls. Then again call came he said ‘ enada mairu un prechana en saavra iru’ . I just cut the call. Then again the call came this time I was exhausted and said ‘ enada mairu’ .then a blur voice gave a reponse ‘ dei saiii’. Then I realized that this time the who called me is my father. And rest is history.

Akkithimanahalli’s

Most of the people doesn’t know the street called ‘Akkithimanahalli ‘ in Bangalore. First of all they don’t know whether it is in Bangalore or not. Surprisingly the people living in that streets also haven’t know that the place they are living is called as ‘Akkithimanahalli ‘ . The word ‘Akkithiminanahalli’ is tough to pronounce and to remember . Still not sure whether ‘Akkithiminanahalli ‘ is the correct and apt word for that place. Like its name the place is also different and weird. It is located straight opposite to ST.JOSEPH COLLEGE OF AUTONOMOUS in Langford road. Most of them get to know about this place when St Joseph college was used for the reference. Many people cross through ‘Akkithiminanahalli ‘ daily and doesn’t even know that there is place called ‘Akkithiminanahalli’ is a surprising one to notice. When our mam said about the place , everyone thought this place will be somewhere outskirts of the city . Then everyone came to know that this place is straight opposite to the college. Mam gave 30 minutes of time to explore the place and get the things done before the time. The climate gave everyone a refreshment and interest to move out to for activity. Everyone was curious for exploring the place because long time after school days they got the chance in engaging in activities like this kind.
The first and started point of ‘Akkithiminanahalli’ there is a temple and had two pillars on each side. That gave a feeling of entering into a new place. There were full of vehicles in front of the pillars. This place is nicely used by the college students than the residential people living in that place. They park the vehicle because have to pay parking fee when they park inside the college. There is also a tea shop in front of the pillars where students of our college smoke. This place is made for the students the of St Joseph College. It gives you a thought like that when you visit ‘Akiminanahalli’. When you come to other side of the pillar it gives you feelings that you have entered into a new world which is totally opposite to the other side of the pillar. Everything was totally different. It was like an undeveloped village kind of place. Everything was messed up in the ‘Akiminanahalli’. You will think twice to enter the place because of the bad smell coming from the meat shop.
The shop was the first building you see when you enter there. It’s the worst meat shop a person ever can see. Still people were standing to buy chicken from that shop. The road of the street is full of mud and rainwater. In these types of road commonly people hesitate to travel but kids was playing on it with their bicycle and enjoying on it. Its was an commercial street full of shops like meat shop, chair shop, medical shop, chat shop etc. The street looked very dirty and nasty. No one likes us can stay their for even half an hour. People of the streets through all the waste and garbage on the road. Road is accompanied by wastes and garbage . Each and every point on the road we can find all nasty things lying out there. There was no consciousness about the waste management among them. Each and every place was full of garbage waste in front of them. But only one place looked very clean. The place is temple. Irrespective of everything people kept the temple cleanly and neatly . All the people out there are greatly influenced by the religious belief . Each and every house has a God’s ‘photo or slogan’ in front of it. There are many spots on the streets written a caption of ‘ don’t dump the waste ‘ but people followed it under only one place. It’s because God’s photo was stacked on the wall. This tells you that how religion is important to the people. But no one is using religious for a social cause. They use it only for their purpose. People are easily manipulated. the street starts with temple and ends with masjid. This line alone enough to tell you about the ‘Akkithiminanahalli ‘
